I can support you to gain a sense of clarity and direction in times of change or challenge, or when faced with a crossroads or life/career transition.  Through coaching you can focus on what needs to happen next and become empowered to make the right decisions for you.

Manage Overwhelm

I can support you to gain a sense of balance and focus within your busy life - this doesn’t mean equilibrium across all areas of life, but more a recognition of what's important to you and where your energy is being spent.

I will provide the space for you to zoom out of your life and conduct a life audit that supports you to develop the tools needed for you to feel calmer, more in control, less stressed and more capable of dealing with changing priorities and demands.

I can also support you to build new routines and habits that make everyday life feel easier, and that enable you to thrive and live your life in a way that feels good and meaningful to you.

Build confidence & self-esteem

I will support you to rediscover what you want and need out of life, so you have the inner confidence to feel fulfilled, purposeful and happy - not just like you’re stuck in a rut or living in ‘Groundhog Day!’

I will support you to address the self-doubt/limiting beliefs/imposter-type feelings that are getting in the way - that are causing you to doubt yourself and stopping you from taking action.

 

I will support you to develop tools and strategies that empower you to develop the inner confidence needed to back yourself - to trust your choices, so you can take the action, make the changes, and achieve the goals you want - and need - to feel happy, contented, settled, seen.

Regain your sense of identity

I will support you to reconnect with your sense of identity, which may feel as though it has become lost over time, or through life events.

Through coaching, I will provide the time and headspace for you to learn more about yourself and to re-discover who you are and what you want out of life.  Using positive psychology tools and techniques, I can support you to tune into big picture thinking, so you can reconnect with your ambitions, your hopes and dreams for the future.
